"My husband is having some health issues and my obligation is to stay in L.A. at this time. It is with regrets that I must take a ‘rain check’ this year and I appreciate Paula Zahn's generosity for stepping in," Andrews said in a statement.

The beloved stage and screen star is married to Oscar-winning director Blake Edwards. The two have collaborated on screen in "Darling Lili," "10," "Victor/Victoria" and "S.O.B." Edwards also directed and penned the book for the Broadway production of Victor/Victoria, in which Andrews starred.

The New Year's Celebration will feature the Vienna Philharmonic, under the direction of Franz Welser-Möst from Vienna’s Musikverein. The program will air Jan. 1, 2011, at 8 PM ET.
