CHICAGO--Anthony Clarvoe, a British dramatist who's popular in Chicago, has enjoyed local revivals of his play The Living, produced by Interplay and Famous Door theatres. On Mar. 26 Clarvoe's lesser-known Show and Tell opens at the busy Dolphinback Theatre Company at Angel Island Theatre. The controversial play offers a look at the workings of an FBI investigation into an explosion that kills a classroom full of kindergarten children. The outcome of this forensics mystery-drama yields a painful lesson in the cyclical nature of violence.
Gillian McNally directs a cast of six.
