His solo show of character monologues, Working Class, became a sleeper Off-Broadway hit two seasons ago. Now Richard Hoehler is back with more sad and funny stories of working men in Human Resources, running March 5-22 at the Mint Theatre on West 43rd St. Among the five characters in Resources are an old balloon seller, a homeless novelist and "a defrocked network weatherman."
