Ah, the dual worlds of science fiction B-movies and lesbian pot boilers, together at last.

Co-dependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same, Madeleine Olnek's comic take on those two genres, makes its West Coast debut Oct. 11-28 at San Francisco's Theatre Rhinoceros with the Half Baked Players.

In Co-dependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same, lesbian aliens arrive on earth, wrecking havoc on the planet's women. Space Alien is paired with the ten-minute curtain raiser, The Jewish Nun. Olnek's credits include Wild Nights With Emily, Gay! Gay! Gay! and Disaster Area Nurse, as well as the acting tome, "A Practical Handbook for the Actor."

Half Baked Players' Ginger Eckert, Nancy Maloney and Marcus De Costa star alongside Obie winner Ann Iobst (Dancenoise), Sarah Moore (Up Your Ass), Desi Del Valle and playwright Magery Krietman. John Morace directs.
