David Alpert will direct a cast that includes Celina Carvajal, Colin Doyle, Sean Doyle, Raynal Reyes, Tara Novie, Hannah Corrigan, Kaitlin Doughty and Sean Patton. Paul Leschen is musical director; Danielle Hannah Bensky choreographs.

The new musical, according to press notes, is described as such: "This iconic eighties quartet is back from their 20 year cryogenic slumber and there's nothing Eddie Vedder can do about it. Brothers Husko and Jerko, on the guitar and bass respectively, are backed by Cuban cupid Marco on the skins and the best robot keytarist to ever come out of Japan, Robo. This rad rhythm section is fronted but the truly babeticious babe Coco Caine. Rock's true fab four has re-emerged from a long slumber to save Rock N' Roll from certain death. As band manager Jerry 'The Jam' Goldenblatt commented, 'There has never been four better people in the whole history of mankind... For now is the time for Rock royatly to return... Watch and learn.'"

Urban Stage Theatre is located at 253 West 30th Street. Tickets are $20. For more information visit www.thedeafening.com.
