Concurrently with its acclaimed production of Ray Bradbury's Dandelion Wine, the Colony Theatre Company is presenting Richard Greenberg's Eastern Standard as its first Second Stage production at its new home in the Burbank Center Stage. Directed by John Ross Clark, the run is through Dec. 9.

A critical and popular success at New York's Manhattan Theatre Club, Greenberg's play went on to Broadway as well. Eastern Standard traces the experiences of a group of young, rich and somewhat jaded New York yuppies as they move from disenchantment to hopeful anticipation of what modern life has to offer.

Greenberg's latest play, Everett Beekin, is currently in its world premiere at South Coast Rep, where it has been much praised by the critics.

Featured in the cast are Darin Anthony, Gil Bernardi, Chad Borden, Sandra Kinder, Stacey Silverman and Laura Wernette. The producers are Borden and Amy Morrell.

Burbank Center Stage--home of the CTC--is located at 555 N. Third St. in Burbank. For tickets and information call (818) 558-7000 or visit www.colonytheatre.org -- By Willard Manus
