News Composer Gordon to Guest on "A Prairie Home Companion" Dec. 27 The latest broadcast of NPR's "A Prairie Home Companion" will feature theatre composer Ricky Ian Gordon on Dec. 27.

Gordon, the composer of The Grapes of Wrath, My Life With Albertine and Dream True, will perform on the final show of the year from New York's Town Hall, entitled "Hot Jazz Biscuits." The popular radio series, written and hosted by Garrison Keillor, started production in 1974. Live every Saturday night from 5-7 PM (Central Time), "A Prairie Home Companion" features comedy sketches, music, and Garrison Keillor's signature monologue, "The News from Lake Wobegon."
