News Connington's Zombie to Play Theatre Row Engagement Beginning Feb. 18 Zombie, a new play penned by and starring Bill Connington, will begin performances at Theatre Row Feb. 18.

Previously seen at the New York International Fringe Festival, the play — adapted from the novella by Joyce Carol Oates — will play a limited engagement through March 29, according to the show's official website. Thomas Caruso directs.

"Stand back, Jeffrey Dahmer," read Zombie press notes. "A mild-mannered 'everyman' sheds his skin, revealing the serial killer within. He follows his romantic delusions to horrific extremes, preying on young men, hoping to create a zombie who will be his forever. Zombie asks what is the nature of a 'monster' — and what potential monsters may be lurking within ourselves?"

The production is "not appropriate for those under the age of 17 because of adult content."

Theatre Row is located at 410 West 42nd Street, between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. For tickets, priced $21.25, call (212) 279-4200 or visit www.ticketcentral.com.
