News Cooper, Breaker and McElroy Will Be Part of Tesori's American Songbook Concert Tony Award-winning actor Chuck Cooper and Tony nominee Daniel Breaker will join Caroline, or Change and Shrek composer Jeanine Tesori March 5 at the Allen Room.

Tesori's 8:30 PM concert, part of the American Songbook series, will highlight work from her Tony-nominated musicals Caroline, or Change; Shrek; and Thoroughly Modern Millie; as well as Off-Broadway's Violet. In addition to Cooper, who appeared as the Bus in the original Off-Broadway and Broadway productions of Caroline, and Breaker (Donkey in Broadway's Shrek), the evening will feature Assata Alston, Mikaela Cordasco, Derick K. Grant, David Greenspan, Marva Hicks, Jodi Katz, Ramona Keller, Mark Lotito, Michael McElroy, Greta Oglesby, Siena Rafter, Darcie Roberts, Mark Stewart, Valerie Wright and the Broadway Inspirational Voices. A fourteen-piece band will accompany the performers.
