Heart is a satiric look at theatre producer Art Dick who drives top playwright Henry Livid from his theatre and now must find another writer to scribe a star-vehicle for Val Gigante. Dick comes across a Lower East Side-based writer named Kyle Wayward, who, once chosen, must survive the psychological torment of working with Dick.

Weller's plays include Loose Ends, Fishing, Split, Ghost on Fire, Spoils of War and Lake No Bottom. Weller has also penned the screenplays for director Milos Foreman's "Hair" and "Ragtime." Amy Feinberg will direct.

British actor Corduner made his Broadway debut in Serious Money opposite Alec Baldwin and recently appeared as steward Henry Etches in the original Broadway company of Titanic. Film and television credits include "Yentl," "Talk Radio," Nicholas Roeg's "Heart of Darkness" and the featured role of Billy Wilder in "Norma and Marilyn" (HBO).

Also in the cast are David Fitzgerald (Kyle Wayward), Stefanie Zadravec, Dannah Chaifetz, Robert Bowen, Jr., Mark Zeisler, David Rankin, Stewart Clarke and Melinda Wade. Tickets are $15 with a special $200 gala benefit to be held Oct. 30. For more information, call (212) 642-8582.
