News   Courtney Balan to Return to I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change Dec. 8 Former In My Life cast member Courtney Balan will return to the cast of Off-Broadway's long-running I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change Dec. 8 at the Westside Theatre.

The actress replaces Jodie Langel in the current cast that also features Adam Arian, Anne Bobby and Will Erat. The foursome play more than 60 roles in the collection of scenes and songs.

James Hammerstein Productions, Bernie Kukoff and Jonathan Pollard produce the work directed by Joel Bishoff. The show, now in its 11th year, surpassed the benchmark of 4,000 performances March 14.

Balan left I Love You... last year to join the Broadway company of In My Life — where she understudied and performed the lead role of Jenny. Other Off-Broadway credits include [title of show], How to Save the World and Find True Love in 90 Minutes and I Love You Because.

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change features music by Jimmy Roberts with a book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro. The musical comedy that delves into the world of dating, love and marriage is also the longest-running musical revue in New York history, having broken the record set by Smokey Joe's Cafe.

DiPietro was also the book writer for the Broadway musical All Shook Up, which featured the music of Elvis Presley.
