News Critic-author Sheridan Morley Discusses Noel Coward in NYC, April 3 Critic, author, director and Noel Coward expect Sheridan Morley will talk about the career and life of Coward, April 3 and 5 at Cooper Union in New York City. Critic, author, director and Noel Coward expect Sheridan Morley will talk about the career and life of Coward, April 3 and 5 at Cooper Union in New York City. The lecture, entitled "An Evening with Sheridan Morley," will feature scenes and songs from The Vortex, Cavalcade and Blithe Spirit. It take place in Cooper Union's Great Hall at 8 PM. Admission is free.

A second talk, "If Love Were All: The Lives and Loves of Noel Coward and Gertrude Lawrence," is set for April 5 at 8 PM. Actors Kier Dullea and Mia Dillon will take part, performing scenes from Private Lives and other plays.

Coward would have been 100 in 1999. His Waiting in the Wings is currently playing on Broadway. Morley is a London-based theatre critic and the author of several biographies. He is also the author of the Coward Lawrence revue, If Love Were All, which played Off-Broadway last season.

Cooper Union is located at 7. E. 7th Street in the East Village.
