The buzzed-about outdoor production of Miss Saigon that is landing a real Vietnam helicopter nightly in the hills of Georgia began performances July 14 for a run through August 14.

Directed by Serenbe artistic director Brian Clowdus, the cast features Niki Badua (Mamma Mia!) as Kim and Chase Peacock as Chris, as well as Eymard Cabling (Engineer), Christopher Lee Sizemore (John), Cassandra Hlong (Gigi), Courtney Chappelle (Ellen), Ryan Ortega (Thuy) and Linder Sutton (Tam).

The ensemble includes Erik Abrahamsen, Shelli Delgado, Hao Feng, Timothy Harland, Jin Huh, Brian Jordan, Hannah Kevitt, Nathan Lubeck, Skyler Passmore, Terrence Smith and Austin Taylor.

The production has choreography by Bubba Carr, music direction by Chris Brent Davis, assistant direction by Ryan Oliveti, scenic design by Adam Koch, costume design by Alan Yeong, sound and lighting design by Adam Howarth and properties design by Stephanie Polhemus.

Miss Saigon has music by Claude-Michel Schönberg with lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and Alain Boublil, adapted from original French lyrics by Boublil. Additional lyrics are by Michael Mahler.
