News Current West End Run of Crazy For You to Shutter March 17 The current West End run of Crazy for You, which transferred to the West End's Novello Theatre from the Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park last October after a successful summer season, is to shutter March 17. It was originally booking through July 28.

The company includes Broadway actor Sean Palmer reprising the role of Bobby Child and Clare Foster as Polly Baker, as well as Harriet Thorpe, David Burt, Kim Medcalf and Michael McKell.

The production is directed by Timothy Sheader, artistic director of the Open Air Theatre, with choreography by Stephen Mear, sets and costumes by Peter McKintosh  and lighting by Tim Mitchell. The Open Air Theatre production is being produced in the West End by Mark Goucher, Adam Spiegel and William Village.

Crazy for You features music and lyrics by George and Ira Gershwin, with a book by Ken Ludwig, and is co-conceived by Ludwig and Mike Ockrent, inspired by material by Guy Bolton and John McGowan. The production is based on the original Broadway and West End choreography by Susan Stroman.

The Regent's Park Open Air Theatre production of Crazy for You is produced in the West End by Mark Goucher, Adam Spiegel and William Village.
