Second Stage alum Daniel Breaker (Passing Strange, Shrek) will host the evening, which is scheduled to begin with cocktails at 6:30 PM, and will perform alongside Morgan James (Godspell).

Benj Pasek and Justin Paul will also offer a sneak peek at their new musical Dogfight, which will be seen at Second Stage. The evening is directed by Jeremy Dobrish with musical direction by Justin Levine.

The gala will also have an online auction running through April 17, featuring four special prizes: a chance to visit the set of ABC's Emmy-winning hit show "Modern Family"; tickets to the studio audience of "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon"; VIP passes to the April 10 premiere of ABC's new show "Don’t Trust the B—in Apartment 23" at the Tribeca Grand; and a piece of Broadway memorabilia personalized by composer Stephen Schwartz.

The evening will honor corporate partner American Express, artist Anna Deavere Smith, and trustees Tavener Holmes Berry and Bambi Putnam for their commitment to the arts and Second Stage.
