Based on T.J. Dawe and Michael Rinaldi's play Toothpaste and Cigars, the romantic comedy casts Radcliffe and Kazan as a pair of twentysomethings who hit it off at a party, but must remain friends, since Kazan's character is in a long-term relationship. Driver will play Radcliffe's best friend, who provides advice on the romantic dilemma.

The film, penned by Elan Mastai, will begin production Aug. 15 in Toronto with additional casting to be announced.

David Gross and Jesse Shapira of No Trace Camping will produce alongside Marc Stephenson and Hartley Gorenstein. Dowse and Jeff Arkuss are executive producers alongside Mark Costa and Ford Oelman.

Radcliffe, who starred in the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, has also been seen on Broadway in Equus.

Driver's Broadway credits include Man and Boy and Mrs. Warren's Profession. The actor also stars on the HBO series "Girls" and will be featured in the Steven Spielberg-Tony Kushner "Lincoln" film.

Kazan has appeared on Broadway in A Behanding in Spokane, The Seagull and Come Back, Little Sheba. Her Off-Broadway credits include 100 Saints You Should Know, Things We Want and Angels in America.
