Don't Quit Your Night Job, created by Steven Rosen, David Rossmer, Sarah Saltzberg and Dan Lipton, is a late-night happening of improv, music, sketches and offbeat performances.

The performance, which began at 11:30 PM, featured some of Broadway's best in improv and comedy sketches, including The Lion King's Tshidi Manye performing the Disney musical's opening number—this time in English—as well as Tony Award winner Dan Fogler (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) and Alan Tudyk (Prelude to a Kiss) portraying two iconic divas—Marilyn Monroe and "Jersey Shore" star Snooki.

The night ended with a performance from Rent stars Daphne Rubin-Vega and Anthony Rapp. Rubin-Vega took the stage to perform "Out Tonight," with some lyric changes inspired by the audience, and Rapp and the Don't Quit company joined in for "Seasons of Love"—improv style.
