PlayBlog Darren Criss and the Warblers Hit the "Today Show" (Video) Darren Criss, who plays Blaine Anderson on Fox's hit show "Glee," arrived at the "Today Show" April 19 with the rest of the Warblers from Dalton Academy. Criss told Matt Lauer about the popularity of the Warblers, his plans for the future and releasing an album with his fellow Warblers.


Criss admitted that the Warblers' success has been due to the blazers. Dressed in jackets and ties, Criss and the rest of his gang sang their cover of Train's "Hey, Soul Sister."

The first single released by the vocal group was a cover of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," which hit No. 1 on Billboard's digital sales chart with the best sales in its initial week of any "Glee" single to date.
