PlayBlog Darren Criss of "Glee" and Susan Boyle Hit No. 1 On Billboard Charts Darren Criss' cover of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," which he performed on the Nov. 9 episode of "Glee," has made it to No. 1 on the Billboard charts, according to zap2it.com.

The song sold 214,000 digital copies in the week following its debut on the hit Fox musical series. The previous height "Glee" reached on the digital charts was a No. 2 for the single "Don't Stop Believin," which sold 17,000 in June 2009.

Aside from "Glee," Criss may be best known for a college musical parody that went viral, "The Harry Potter Musical." A fellow YouTube vet, "Britain's Got Talent" Susan Boyle, hit No. 1 on Billboard's 200 albums list again with her second recording, the Christmas-themed "The Gift." A Boyle guest appearance on a holiday episode of "Glee" this season has previously been mentioned as a possibility.

"Glee" airs Tuesdays at 8 PM ET on Fox.
