The Muny, the country's largest outdoor theatre, has announced performance dates for its previously reported 101st season in Forest Park.
Ushering in the theatre’s second century, The Muny will be the first regional theatre in the U.S. to produce the Tony-, Olivier-, and Grammy-winning musical Kinky Boots, which will be presented June 19–25, 2019.
The remainder of the 2019 season schedule follows: Guys and Dolls (June 10–16), 1776 (June 27–July 3), Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (July 8–16), Footloose (July 18–24), Paint Your Wagon (July 27–August 2), and Matilda (August 5–11).
The St. Louis Muny regularly attracts top Broadway talent. Last summer's productions featured Tony winner Beth Leavel, Jennifer Simard, Christopher Sieber, Corbin Bleu, Nathan Lee Graham, Rob McClure, and more.
Subscription renewals will be mailed in early December. New subscriptions will go on sale in March 2019, and single tickets will be available beginning in May 2019.
