News David Campbell's "On Broadway" CD Released Nov. 2 Australian actor David Campbell, who starred in the New York premiere of Stephen Sondheim's early effort Saturday Night, releases a new Broadway-themed solo recording Nov. 2.

Entitled "On Broadway," the CD is available in the U.S. on the Masterworks Broadway label. Included on the new disc is the world-premiere recording of "Goodbye" from the Broadway-bound musical Catch Me If You Can.

Campbell will perform material from the new recording in a series of concerts in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

David Campbell starred in the New York premiere of Stephen Sondheim's early effort Saturday Night and the City Center Encores! production of Babes in Arms as well as in Australian productions of Les Miserables, Shout!, Carousel, Company and Sunset Boulevard. He is the artistic director of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival. His solo recordings include "The Swing Sessions," "The Swing Sessions 2" and "Good Lovin'."
