News David Lindsay-Abaire's Good People Tops TCG's 2012-13 List of Most Produced Plays; Clybourne Park Is Runner Up Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has released the 2012-13 list of the Most Produced Plays by its member theatres nationwide. David Lindsay-Abaire tops the list with 17 scheduled productions of his Tony Award-nominated play Good People.

Other frontrunners include Bruce Norris' Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning Clybourne Park (15 scheduled productions), Matthew Lopez's Civil War drama The Whipping Man (14), the Brian Yorkey (book and lyrics) and Tom Kitt (music) Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Next to Normal (13), Katori Hall's Olivier Award-winning The Mountaintop (12) 
and John Logan's Tony-winning Red (11).

Other works on the list are Donald Margulies' Time Stands Still (10), Jon Robin Baitz's Other Desert Cities (10), Stephen Adly Guirgis' The Motherf**ker with the Hat, Lorraine Hansberry's A Raisin in the Sun (8), and the Alex Timbers (book) and Michael Friedman (music and lyrics) musical Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

Lindsay-Abaire, whose other works include Rabbit Hole, High Fidelity and Shrek, also tops the 2012-13 list of Most-Produced Playwrights with 19 productions.

Other most-produced playwrights include Lopez (15), David Mamet (15), Margulies (15), Norris (15), August Wilson (14), Hall (13), Yorkey and Kitt (13), David Ives (11), Logan (11) and Ken Ludwig (11).
