Produced in association with New York Stage and Film and Vassar’s Powerhouse Theater, Power of Duff is helmed by Huntington artistic director Peter DuBois.

The cast features David Wilson Barnes as Channel 10 news anchor Charles Duff; Ben Cole as news director Scott Zoellner; Noah Galvin as Ricky, Charlie’s estranged teenage son; Brendan Griffin as John Ebbs, the station’s jovial sportscaster; Russell G. Jones as Joseph Andango, a man for whom Charlie prays; Joe Paulik as field reporter Ron Kirkpatrick and others; Amy Pietz as Charlie’s ex-wife Lisa; and Jennifer Westfeldt as news anchor Sue Raspell.

The play, according to the Huntington, concerns "a burnt-out local newscaster who transforms first his community and then himself when he begins praying on-air."

The production also features scenic design by by David Rockwell, costume design by Bobby Frederick Tilley II, lighting design by Rui Rita, sound design by M.L. Dogg and projection design by Aaron Rhyne. The production stage manager is Lori Ann Zepp; stage manager is Candice D. Mongellow.

Performances continue through Nov. 9.
