Classic Arts News Deborah Voigt Headlines Closing Program of New York Philharmonic Season The New York Philharmonic performs the final program in its 2006-07 subscription season beginning tonight.
In four concerts through Saturday (June 20-23), Philharmonic Music Director Lorin Maazel conducts the orchestra in selected lieder of Richard Strauss and Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 7. The soloist is one of the world's most prominent living Strauss singers, soprano Deborah Voigt.

Tonight's and tomorrow night's performances begin at 7:30 pm, with Friday's and Saturday's starting at 8 pm, at Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center. More information and tickets are available at www.nyphil.org.
