The concert performance also features the Orchestra of St. Luke's and Thomas Moser as Florestan, James Morris as Rocco, Harolyn Blackwell as Marzelline, Stanford Olsen as Jaquino, and Tom Fox as Don Pizarro. Robert Bass, marking his 25th anniversary as music director of the Chorale, conducts.

The Collegiate Chorale was founded in 1941 by the legendary choral conductor Robert Shaw. Its repertoire includes traditional choral works as well as concert versions of operas and new and American music.
