News Dee Roscioli, Ryan Duncan, Adam Monley, Beth McVey Star in Liberty Readings; Goldin Directs Three special presentations of Liberty: A Monumental New Musical will be presented April 16 at 11 AM and 3 PM and April 17 at 2 PM at the New 42nd Street Studios, 229 West 42nd Street.

Part of Immigrant Heritage Week, the performances are produced by Theresa Wozunk.

The cast features Wicked's Dee Roscioli with Mark Aldrich (Ragtime), Ryan Duncan (Shrek), Suzanne Grodner (Bye Bye Birdie), Lewis Grosso, Leah Horowitz (White Christmas), C. Mingo Long (Les Miserables), Beth McVey (Beauty and the Beast) and Adam Monley (Mamma Mia!). Igor Goldin (Yank!) directs.

Liberty: A Monumental New Musical features a book and lyrics by Dana Leslie Goldstein and music by Jon Goldstein and "tells the story of a beautiful, French immigrant who arrives in New York Harbor in 1884. The powerful new musical follows the statuesque immigrant's struggle, strife and success in the ever-evolving country she's come to symbolize."

The presentations also include musical direction and vocal arrangements by Jeffrey Lodin, choreography by Jeffry Denman, orchestrations by Bryan Crook, scenic design by Josh Zangen, costume designs by Olivera Gajic, lighting design by Paul Miller and projection designs by Austin Switser.
