Orlando Theatre Project, the professional company in residence at Seminole Community College in Florida, begins its 1998-99 season Nov. 5 with Jane Anderson's Defying Gravity. The drama, which continues to Nov. 22, concerns the final flight of the Space Shuttle Challenger. The staging is a co-production with Seminole Community College.

Also due this season are Brian Friel's Molly Sweeney Jan. 7-24, 1999 and Richard Dresser's Below the Belt May 13-30, 1999.

A new works reading series is planned for March 1999.

Performances are held in the Fine Arts Theatre on the campus of SCC. Tickets are $15.

The nonprofit company operates under an SPT (small professional theatre) contract with Actors' Equity Association. For information call (407) 328 2040.
