The NYPD and the Times Square Business Improvement District have issued a traffic and pedestrian advisory for the Times Square area. The advisory will be in effect through the remainder of the week. From March 8 - March 10, the NYPD said, MTV will host a number of popular performers at their Uptown Studio located at 45th and Broadway. The heaviest traffic will occur between 3:30 and 4:30 PM daily.
