Actor Derek Hough will transform into Corny Collins for NBC's December 7 broadcast of Hairspray Live! Most known for his dancing on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, the multi-hyphenate talent visited Ellen to talk about the upcoming television event.

“The magnitude of it is like filming a full length feature film live before your eyes,” said Hough. Currently in rehearsals for the one-night-only performance, Hough admitted there is one line he always seems to flub. “I can’t say this word: gidget. I say, ‘Don’t forget guys and gidgets.’ Ah! I did it! Ok, I’m done,” laughed the actor.
