Hosted by Kennedy Center President Michael M. Kaiser, the series features "one-on-one conversations with artists who have played a vital role in shaping our nation's cultural heritage." The Dec. 12 conversation at the Center's Terrace Theater will feature a chat with Tony-winning director Harold Prince, a Kennedy Center Honoree National Medal of Arts Recipient and a newly appointed Kennedy Center Artistic Advisor for Theatre. The evening is set to begin at 7:30 PM. Among the Broadway shows Harold Prince has directed and produced are Follies, A Little Night Music and Sweeney Todd. His most recent Broadway directorial credits include The Phantom of the Opera, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Candide, Parade, Show Boat and Hollywood Arms; he also helmed the out of-town productions of Stephen Sondheim's Bounce.
