Musical theatre fans can add a splash of color to the brown and the beige of their home with the cast album from Co-op, now available on digital streaming platforms.

The musical comes from the Documentary Now! episode "Original Cast Album: Co-op," directed by Alex Buono and written by John Mulaney and Seth Meyers. "Holiday Party (I Did a Little Cocaine Tonight)," with lyrics by Mulaney and Meyers and music by Eli Bolin, was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Original Music & Lyrics.

The episode is a spoof of the Company cast album recording documentary that became musical theatre cannon, thanks in no small part to Elaine Stritch being forced to record “The Ladies Who Lunch” countless times. The album will donate all profits to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
