News Don't Make Me Pull This Show Over to Premiere in Cincinnati Ace creators Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor will see the world premiere of their new musical Don't Make Me Pull This Show Over: Dispatches From the Frontlines of Parenting presented at the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati on April 29.

Richard Hess will stage the parenting musical, which features Kate Wilford, Beth Harris, Jessica Hendy, Charlie Clark and Alan Kendall. The production runs through May 17.

Don't Make Me Pull This Show Over, according to press notes, "is a delightful and touching series of musical snapshots taken from unexpected angles about the joys and frustrations of every stage of parenting." The musical was previously developed as part of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival.

Designing the production are Brian C. Mehring (scenic and lighting design), Reba Senske (costume design), John Curley (sound design) and Scot Woolley (musical director).

Oberacker (music) and Taylor (book/lyrics) have collaborated on the musicals Ace, Journey to the West and The Sandman.
