Born in 1938, Bayonne, NJ, native Langella began performing as a boy in his hometown. In addition to his three Tonys (for Seascape, Fortune's Fool and Frost/Nixon), he was nominated for an Academy Award as Leading Actor for "Frost/Nixon." He now lives in New York City. "Dropped Names" — which covers the period since he was 15 years old — is his first book.
