Krebs calls the industry presentation a public developmental test of this new Christopher Scott-directed piece, made up of 102 love songs sung by five performers. Krebs hinted that the show is production-ready. The cast includes Kevin Earley (A Tale of Two Cities, Les Miserables, Thoroughly Modern Millie), Deb Lyons (Smokey Joe's Cafe, Jekyll & Hyde), Monica Patton (Ragtime, Abby's Song), Dominique Plaisant (The Wild Party, Lestat) and Nicholas Rodriguez (Tarzan, Almost Heaven).

Industry crowds are expected to attend, but a waiting list for the general public will also be made.

For Lovers Only's music director is Ken Lundie. Associate music director is Mark Akens. Stage manager is Jason A. Quinn.

Krebs said the songs — all well-known pop tunes and standards — are woven together as "solos, group numbers and medleys," and broken into thematic sections.

For Lovers Only is billed as "a musical revue about what's really important."

Amas Musical Theatre's mission is to promote multiculturalism, and this revue is in keeping with that goal. Donna Trinkoff is Amas' producing artistic director

Performances are Jan. 9 at 3 PM, Jan. 10 at 3 PM, Jan. 11 at 8 PM and Jan. 12 at 8 PM.
