Eight songstresses will sing for donations to The Dramatists Guild Fund at 8:30 PM, Oct. 4, at the Cabaret at Sam's Restaurant.
Presenting the songs of Bob Ost will be Debbie Gravitte (Jerome Robbins' Broadway), Heather MacRae (Falsettos), Nancy Opel (Triumph of Love), Nancy Ringham (The Will Rogers Follies), Alice Ripley (Les Miz), Emily Skinner (Side Show), Jane Summerhays, and Barbara Walsh (Falsettos).
Barry Moss directs "Making a Difference: Act One--The Ladies." Michael Lavine musical directs with co-musical direction by Ken Lundie. Additional music in the evening is by Lenny Babbish and Scott Oakley.
The entrance donation is $20 (cash or check only) with a $10 food/drink minimum. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 212-719 5416. The Cabaret at Sam's Restaurant is located at 263 W. 45th Street.
