Eight playwrights have contributed one-act plays to an evening of theatre entitled fuckplays, which will be presented at the Ohio Theatre March 28-April 1.

The show will also be part of Galapagos Art Space's Evolve Series, with performances at the Brooklyn venue on each of the four Friday nights in April beginning April 6. The plays are:

  • The Impotence of Being Ernest by Joshua Hill, directed by Julie Rossman
  • Marriage Play by Bekah Brunstetter, directed by Diana Basmajian
  • Arms and the Octopus by Casey Wimpee, directed by Isaac Byrne
  • Wood by Justin Cooper, directed by Steven Gillenwater
  • Sharpen My Dick by Greg Romero, directed by Cole Wimpee
  • Candy Room by William Charles Meny, directed by Thomas Caruso
  • The Saddest Thing in the History of the World by Kyle Jarrow, directed by Matthew Hancock
  • 1.1-1.7 by Eric Sanders, directed by Stephen Brackett The cast comprises Adam Belvo, Mick Bleyer, Elliotte Crowell, Jared Culverhouse, John Flynn, Robert Funaro, Kaci Gober, Ebony Hogan, Julian James, Elizabeth Kensek, Michael Mason, Erin McCarson, Nell Mooney, David Mitsch, Will Neuman, Amy Lynn Stewart, Steven Strobel, Corey Sullivan, Mark Thornton, Lucy Walters, Molly Ward, Charlie Wilson, Cole Wimpee and Alessandra Ziviani.

    The design team includes lighting design by Maegan Kidd and Katie Stevens and costume design by Candice Thompson.
