Paige, who will appear with members of the Follies cast, tweeted, "After 33 yrs I'll finally sing Evita on a B'way stage 2day @ Gypsy of the Year @ New Amsterdam Theatre 4.30pm in NYC."

In 1978, Paige originated the role of Eva Peron in the Harold Prince world-premiere staging of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's Evita. She earned an Olivier Award for her performance.
Evita arrived on Broadway in 1979, with Patti LuPone in the title role of the Prince production. LuPone earned a Tony Award for her performance.
Paige was last seen on Broadway as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard. She currently stars as Carlotta Campion, belting out "I'm Still Here," in the revival of Stephen Sondheim and James Goldman's Follies.
Evita will return to Broadway in March with Elena Roger in the title role. Ricky Martin and Michael Cerveris co-star.
