Webb made his Met debut last Friday evening, stepping in mid-performance to sing Acts III and IV as a replacement for êlvarez.

Webb has previously sung the role of Manrico at the Madison Opera (Wisconsin) and Pacific Opera Victoria. Other roles in his repertoire include Rodolfo in Luisa Miller, Alvaro in La Forza del Destino, Radams in Aida, and Cal_f in Turandot.
