Bartley and Whitman, two up and coming musical theatre writers, have penned the musicals Dance With Me and The Blackwell Project. The former is described as a 1940's Hollywood musical comedy, while the latter concerns the life of the unsung Civil Rights leader Unita Blackwell. Songs from these musicals will be presented at the Provincetown venue at 7 PM. In addition to Bartley and Whitman, the evening will also feature the talents of singing actors Kathryn Kendall and Nathan Scherich. Kendall has been seen in productions of Paper Moon, Jerome Robbins' Broadway and Forbidden Hollywood, and Scherich has performed at such regional theatres as the North Shore Music Theatre, the Goodspeed Opera House and the Westchester Broadway Theatre.
