News Emily Blunt and Tom Hanks Will Host Saturday Night Live; Lady Gaga Will Sing Bruno Mars is also among upcoming musical guests.
Emily Blunt, who starred as the Baker's Wife in the film version of Into the Woods, will make her Saturday Night Live hosting debut October 15. The actress will also be seen in the title role of Mary Poppins Returns as well as in the The Girl on the Train, which arrives in cinemas today.

Accompanying Blunt on SNL will be multi-Grammy Award winner Bruno Mars, who will be making his fourth appearance as musical guest.

Stage and screen star Tom Hanks, who made his Broadway debut in Lucky Guy, will host SNL for the ninth time October 22. Joining Hanks, who can currently be seen in the acclaimed film Sully, will be Academy Award-nominated and Grammy and Golden Globe-winning artist Lady Gaga for her third time as musical guest. Her fifth studio album, Joanne, is set to be released October 21.

As previously reported, Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda makes his hosting debut October 8.
