Directed by Peter Flynn, the cast will feature Skinner as the legendary Mae West as well as Joe Kinosian and Kevin Carolan. In a statement director Flynn said, "Dirty Blonde is an irrepressible look at icons, idolizers and how our perception of ourselves is shaped by others. The company we've assembled brings a great balance of hilarity, sensitivity, and heart."

Shear's Dirty Blonde received Tony Award and Drama Desk Award nominations for Best Play in 2000.

The design team includes Kent Goetz (sets), Deborah Constantine (lights), Greg Robbins (costumes) and Eric Watkins (sound).

Emily Skinner earned a Tony nomination for portraying Daisy Hilton in the Broadway production of Side Show. She has also appeared in the original Broadway productions of Jekyll & Hyde, James Joyce's The Dead, The Full Monty and Dinner at Eight. In addition to her cast albums, Skinner has released albums with her Side Show co-star Alice Ripley, including "Duets," "Unsuspecting Hearts" and "Skinner/Ripley Raw at Town Hall," as well as her own solo recording, "Emily Skinner."
