Off-Broadway's Public Theatre will hold its seventh annual "New Work Now!" festival, April 10-30. Featured in the series, meant to help develop new plays, are scribes Nilo Cruz, Kia Corthron, Kelly Stuart and Suzan-Lori Parks.
The series continues with Kia Corthron's Breath, Boom. Hazelle Goodman and Daphne Rubin-Vega star. Jo Bonney directs. Rubin-Vega has starred in Rent and Two Sisters and a Piano. Bonney's credits include Look Back in Anger and House Arrest.
