News Engeman's Hairspray Will Star Danielle Arci, William Thomas Evans, Felicia Finley Danielle Arci, William Thomas Evans, Felicia Finley and Alex Michael Stoll will star in the Tony Award-winning musical Hairspray at the Engeman Theater on Long Island.

Marc Shaiman (music/co-lyricist) and Scott Wittman (co-lyricist), who are represented on Broadway this season with Catch Me If You Can, penned the Tony-winning score to Hairspray, which has a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan.

Paul Stancato will direct the musical based on the John Waters film that will run July 7-Aug. 28 in Northport, NY. Antoinette DiPietropolo will serve as choreographer with musical direction by Robert Rokicki.

Arci, who appeared in the recent tour of Hairspray, will reprise her work as Tracy Turnblad, with Evans (A Tale of Two Cities) as Edna Turnblad, Finley (The Wedding Singer) as Velma Von Tussle and Stoll (West Side Story) as Link Larkin. The principal cast will also include Nick Dalton (Legally Blonde) as Corny Collins, Eric LaJuan Summers (The Little Mermaid) as Seaweed J. Stubbs, Gina Milo (Les Miserables) as Penny Pingleton, Ashley Moniz (9 to 5) as Amber Von Tussle, Terita R. Reed (Hairspray on Broadway) as Motormouth Maybelle and Bruce Rebold (Fiddler on the Roof) as Wilbur Turnblad.

The cast will also feature Amy Burgmaier, Roger E. DeWitt, Tamala Baldwin, Christy Clark, Paige Williams, Madison Greene, Nik Alexzander, Malorie Bryant, Kara Deyoe, Sara Dobrinich, Kelli Gautreau, Zane Gerson, Robert Mccaffrey, Jared Mancuso, Joe Moller and Evan Michael Smith.

Hairspray will have scenic and costume design by Michael Bottari and Ronald Case, lighting design by Cory Pattak, sound design by Craig Kaufman and wig design by Mark Adam Rampmeyer.
