One Austrian critic called Enough "a thrilling, dynamic and heart-wrenching theatre event...a masterpiece." The play, which has since been translated into 12 languages, deals with a middle-aged man on the edge who counts to one thousand and then kills himself.

"During the countdown he reveals all sides of his personality, from the warm and funny to the ruthless and psychotic," said Fantasia. "This unnamed man is...intelligent, articulate, passionate, sexual, apparently successful in the world, and cursed with a ruthless awareness of life's absurdities."

Fantasia is no stranger to Turrini's work. In 1983 he staged his one-woman play Infanticide at USC and at Glaxa. "The challenge with Turrini's plays is his language-- finding the right English equivalents is very difficult; he has such a unique balance of rhythm and simplicity and complexity and vocabulary."

Turrini's other plays include Alpine Glow, Alpine Saga, Josef and Maria and Grillparzer Im Pornoladen.Glaxa Studios is located at 3707 Sunset Blvd. in Silverlake. For tickets and information call (323) 769-6436.
