In the political romp Foggy Bottom, starting Sept. 2 and opening Sept. 10 at Abingdon's home on West 36th Street, "two mid-level State Department bureaucrats lose themselves in sexcapades arising from our immigration policies."
Rob Urbinati directs. The cast will include Jeremy Beiler, Denise Bessette, Dan Cordle, Susanna Guzmán, Jo Mei, Maya Wampuszyc, Richard Zekaria.
Designers are Gabriel Hainer Evansohn (set), Susan Scherer (costumes), Carl Faber (lights).

Mark Waldrop (When Pigs Fly) directs My Deah, starting Oct. 13 toward an Oct. 25 opening. Writer-performer Epperson is widely known as Lypsinka. His My Deah will star Nancy Opel (Urinetown) and includes Bryan Batt (Beauty and the Beast), Lori Gardner, Geoffrey Molloy, Jay Rogers and Kevin Townley. The comedy is "freely adapted from Euripides' Medea." When My Deah Hedgepeth confronts her husband Gator, her friends, and the Governor of Mississippi—and carries out her plans for revenge—"y'all just might die laughin'!"
Set and lights are by Mark Simpson, costumes by Ramona Ponce, sound by Matt Berman.
