The governing council of Actors' Equity Association will be meeting on Nov. 13 to "determine all of the mechanics of the ratification" of the new production contract. The new agreement is Equity's mainstay labor contract and a new agreement was reached recently between the union and the League of American Theatres and Producers.
An Equity source said that the League "went to ratification Friday evening (Oct. 13)," but a late call to the group's office was not returned by press time.
Equity's ratification of the production contract is expected to be done by mail.
