Performance artist and quintessential New Yorker Eric Bogosian will perform at the newly renovated Prospect Park Bandshell on June 26 at 7:30 PM. The performance is part of the park's annual "Celebrate Brooklyn!" outdoor performing arts festival. Bogosian will perform selections from his previous solo work, which includes Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll and Pounding Nails in the Floor With My Head, as well presenting a preview of his new work-in progress Kicks Against the Pricks. His longtime collaborator Jo Bonney directs.

This year is "Celebrate Brooklyn" 's 20th anniversary, and event was accompanied by the multi-million dollar renovation of its stage. The Bogosian concert is free, though a $3 contribution is suggested. For information, call (718) 855-7882.
