News Every Brilliant Thing, Acclaimed in London and Edinburgh, Sets Off-Broadway Dates The Paines Plough and Pentabus Theatre Company production of Every Brilliant Thing will make its North American premiere in December at Off-Broadway's Barrow Street Theatre.

Olivier Award nominee Duncan Macmillan’s play, critically acclaimed in London and Edinburgh, will begin previews Dec. 6 prior to an official opening Dec. 14. George Perrin directs the 16-week engagement.

Featuring Jonny Donahoe, Every Brilliant Thing is described as such: "A young boy attempts to ease his mother's depression by creating a list of all the best things in the world. Everything worth living for. Through adulthood, as the list grows, he learns the deep significance it has on his own life. Every Brilliant Thing is a new play about depression and the lengths we will go for those we love."

Producers are Scott Morfee, Jean Doumanian, Tom Wirtshafter and Patrick Daly.

Show times will be Tuesday-Friday at 7:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
