DeCicco, who has also been seen on Broadway in Sister Act as well as the national tour of Wicked, will step into the role of Arachne, succeeding Katrina Lenk, who played her final performance April 21.
Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark features music and lyrics by Grammy Award winners Bono and The Edge, direction by Julie Taymor and Philip William McKinley and a book co-written by Taymor, Glen Berger and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.
The current cast includes Reeve Carney in the title role with Rebecca Faulkenberry as Mary Jane Watson and Robert Cuccioli as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin.
