News Fatone and Winokur to Host Broadway on Broadway; Song List Announced Rent's Joey Fatone — of 'N SYNC fame — and Hairspray's Marissa Jaret Winokur will host this season's Broadway on Broadway concert in Times Square.

Rent's Joey Fatone — of 'N SYNC fame — and Hairspray's Marissa Jaret Winokur will host this season's Broadway on Broadway concert in Times Square.

The 11th annual free concert — scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 15 at 11:30 AM in New York's Times Square — will offer more than 50,000 expected spectators a chance to see musical numbers from Mamma Mia!, Oklahoma!, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Lion King, The Producers, Chicago, Cabaret, Beauty and the Beast, Rent, Aida, The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables as well as scenes from such new or up-n-coming works as Flower Drum Song, Movin' Out and Amour.

As of press time, those expected to take part in the event include Louise Pitre and the company of Mamma Mia!; John Cullum and the Urinetown cast, who will perform "Mr. Cladwell"; Patrick Wilson, who will croon "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'"; Tony winner Sutton Foster and the chorus of Thoroughly Modern Millie, who will offer "Forget About the Boy"; Into the Woods princes Gregg Edelman and Christopher Sieber, who will duet on "Agony" after an introduction by Vanessa Williams; Rodney Henry Jr., Tom Allan Robbins and Danny Rutigliano, who will sing The Lion King's "Hakuna Matata"; The Producers' Steven Weber, who will join his company on "I Wanna Be a Producer"; Molly Ringwald, who will belt out the title tune to Cabaret; Beauty and the Beast's new Belle, who will sing "A Change in Me"; Renters Fatone and Manley Pope, who will present Jonathan Larson's "What You Own"; Winokur and the Hairspray company, singing "Good Morning Baltimore"; Tom Wopat and the 42nd Street cast, who will present "Lullaby of Broadway"; Chicago's new Billy Flynn, Taye Diggs, who will sing "All I Care About is Love"; Phantom's Lisa Vroman and Michael Shawn Lewis, who will duet on "All I Ask of You"; Diana Kaarina singing "On My Own" from Les Misérables; as well as company members from Aida and The Boys from Syracuse.

Those in attendance will also be treated to sneak peeks from Flower Drum Song (Lea Salonga and Sandra Allen singing "I Enjoy Being a Girl"), Hollywood Arms (Donna Lynne Champlin and Sara Niemietz singing "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows), Movin' Out (Michael Cavanaugh singing "New York State of Mind"), Amour (Melissa Errico and Malcolm Gets singing "Dusoleil on the Run") and Man of La Mancha (Brian Stokes Mitchell singing "The Impossible Dream"). The Graduate's Kathleen Turner and Jason Biggs and Proof's Anne Heche will also take part in the Broadway tribute.

Presented by Toys "R" Us and produced by The League of American Theatres and Producers, Inc., the free event will be filmed by NBC-4 for a highlights broadcast in the New York City area on Sept. 17 from 7 to 8 PM ET. The news-talk radio station 77 WABC will also broadcast the event on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 10 AM to noon.
